What is Nia?Nia is an expressive movement practice that uses The Body's Way to achieve physical, mental,
emotional, and spiritual fitness and well-being. Nia combines three main disciplines: martial arts,
healing arts, and dance arts. The 'routines' are organized so that all levels of fitness are accommodated.
The atmosphere of a Nia class is always joyful.
